My wait was brief. My dog was admitted overnight for treatment. The Vet carefully explained everything that would be involved in his care. He was ready to come home with medication the next morning. I appreciated that the bill was at the low end of the estimate !

Fantastic service, could t recommend them enough. I brought my 6 month old puppy in after she ate a sock and it was caught in her throat and she was struggling to swallow. They took her right back, no waiting and looked after her so well. I trusted their judgement and skills extensively.

This place is top notch in all areas...from reception check in to the overall professionalism and warmth of the entire staff. The facility is clean and has an ambiance that relaxes both humans and animals alike. They truly love and care for each animal that comes in and Dr. Jurney is smart, thoughtful, knowledgable, straight forward and completely approachable. Highly recommend.

Wonderful staff. Caring and compassionate. It has to be an incredibly hard job to deal with pet parents in the wee hours of the morning. If you've had to bring your pet in during that time something has to be terribly wrong. Yet, the staff is polite, caring and sensitive to the needs of the pet and the pet parents. I would not hesitate to bring my cat back if necessary.

Dr. Wolfe was rude and disrespectful. He acted as if he was judging us. He wanted to have all these tests run on our 17-year-old cat. We were there because she had a bladder infection and was acting weird.

They were very attentive to me, but the problem I had was the medication i was prescribed for her was a joke! I went to several places to dry and find it for my poor sick cat but could not. i had to go back to my vet to get a different similar medication. the one place i did find it at refused to sell it to me since i didnt have my cat seen there (Banfield at petsmart) so i was very stressed out and upset all day yesterday because of it. They suggested I order it on Chewy.com but that was a joke. i asked how long it would take to ship? and was told just to validate the prescription would take over a WEEK!! it was a damn joke! when i called back North Peninsula to tell them of my struggles they basically didnt care at all. even when i specifically told them chewy.com told me it would take that long to get the prescription approved alone! The lack of care for my poor cats well being really upset me.
