when we called we talked to a very calm friendly woman. We took our dog in because she had a piece of a nylo bone stuck in her throat. They took her back and did an assessment and determined that the bone piece had gone down the throat. They saw nothing in her throat. Since we did not need to see the vet for an exam they did not charge us a penny. We tried to give them money but they told us it was ok. So So grateful.

Everyone was very helpful, but being short staffed took awhile to get my pup, meds, etc. Some instructions were left off and had to ask tech at desk to go back and ask and still I had to call when I got home for more Info. But overall very helpful,, kind to my boy, 2 vets who were monitoring my guy were honest and caring, this is my 2nd experience with them, and I am grateful they were there when I needed them.

The people were friendly and knowledgeable. The care was good thorough and appropriate. My only concern was how long things took. It helped that the staff would answer me when I asked about timing of things.

Kind of like the Emergency Ward for people, things can move very slow—or seem to—from the waiting room. We brought a cat in pretty bad shape and they responded quickly with immediate care. They communicated exam results well and kept us informed as the case progressed. We’ve have very reliable care in the past also.

Animals are covered by HIPPA regulations? I found the clinic clean, personal friendly and helpful, the doctor knowledgable. They were efficient and effective. A very good experience under the circumstances. I paid the deposit and then they gave me a refund after I picked up my pet. Thank all of you very much for taking care of my cherished pet. Of course, it is expensive, but I expected that and I think my pet got quality care.

Lovely people at reception. Alice is a pro. I only wish there were more transparency, like an itemized bill when I check out, including products, services and the nice $150 promo they built in. Just signing a credit card slip for $1500+ was unnerving and I still don't feel good about it.
