This was my second trip to the Clinic and the service/care was excellent again. I especially appreciate the staff availability for followup questions.

Best experience possible considering my Sailor kitty was so sick. Front office staff and Dr. Danielson were so caring.

My dog had no symptoms other than a totally lethargic behavior, which was not normal.

I needed the reassurance, which I got, after she was totally examined by the Vet. There

was nothing found that would make her so passive. I brought her home, being advised to

watch for any symptoms.

Nothing occurred and she seems like herself today. I was much relieved. I really am

glad to have found that nearby emergency office since SAGE moved.

We have always gotten great care and help. It’s always stressful when it’s late and you have a sick animal, but they really try to be helpful.

It's early Sunday morning and your dog can't stop hacking and coughing. We brought our 15 year old long-haired chihuahua here to find out what we could do to help his cough, which had started a couple of days prior and didn't get better. The vet listened to us, then listened to our pet's lungs. She detected a heart murmur and some fluid in his lungs, so what we thought might be kennel cough turned out to be diagnosed as mild congestive heart failure. She took blood work, x-rays and started him on Lasix to get rid of the fluid. Naturally, because he's a chihuahua, he didn't cough once in the seven hours he was in the clinic, but about two blocks after he went into the car, he started hacking. So, we asked the vet and she gave us some cough medicine that seems to help.

These folks are good at triage and at identifying issues. But, just like an ER for humans, they get their patients patched up, but insist that you bring them to what they call a "day vet" as soon as possible to get more specialized care. The vet told us to get our guy to see a cardiologist. We'll be trying to arrange that today.

Also, just like an ER for humans, this place is not inexpensive. But they are good and when your pet needs help, they seem to be a good place to go. Our dog is not terribly good with people he doesn't know, but he was very calm and cooperative with the two people that took care of him, so that tells you that they are very good with animals.

We are really happy with the service and care out Dog received when she got really sick suddenly. All the staff were friendly, caring and appear to really love animals! The team keep us informed on our dogs progress and follow up care we needed to provide when we brought her home.

Thank you NORTH PENINSULA VETERINARY EMERGENCY CLINIC for caring for a little girl and getting her better.

Lovely people at reception. Alice is a pro. I only wish there were more transparency, like an itemized bill when I check out, including products, services and the nice $150 promo they built in. Just signing a credit card slip for $1500+ was unnerving and I still don't feel good about it.
