It is truly refreshing in this day and age to experience the superb customer experience that I received on my last few visits.
The front desk staff are extremely courteous, helpful and very adept at putting patient's at ease.
The Doctors and Nurses are very professional and have excellent people skills! I was somewhat nervous and as a result the Doctor and Nurses were hit with a barrage of my questions which were answered directly and with patience.
I was particularly impressed with Doctor Schmidt's patience and professionalism. He was direct, honest, patient, and actually listened to and answered all my endless questions and concerns. He even called me personally after my surgery to check up on me.
It is a pleasure to provide this review for this fine organization!
