I have had three appointments at Apex Dental, all of which went off without an issue. The staff is polite, prompt, and seem to be very organized. The providers are well-trained and provide excellent dental care. My cleanings have been thorough, which may be a bit uncomfortable in the moment, but I'd rather be uncomfortable for a few minutes than fitted for dentures later. Also, if you are sensitive to pain, they are more than willing to apply topical pain relief, so no one should worry about that. I personally do not like topical anesthesia, so I don't take advantage of that. I've also had one procedure (a crown replacement) and I was very pleased with the quality of work. I haven't had any issues with pain or discomfort, and in fact, can a feel a positive result from that procedure (i.e. much easier to floss).
The only downside is that if you are paying out-of-pocket, it's expensive and full payment is expected a time of service.
