I am so impressed with this shop. An online appointment request results in a speedy return call and friendly folks to set up the appointment. I feel confident in the work provided and appreciate the transparency in work that will be required down the road. No BS, not trying to force you into services that aren't necessary but very proactive and great about quoting prices.

Update to my post of 7 days ago.
Within an hour of posting our review the owner reached out to my wife to discuss her experience, and was sincerely apologetic for the experience she had with his staff. He wanted to make it right immediately letting her know that he was going to refund us for the cost of the oil change (the credit occurred within 24 hours), and then said he wanted to perform an alignment for us at his cost since we had the car aligned there a year ago.
While our first review was less than positive, we were impressed at the desire to make it right and earn our business back. We took the car in yesterday for the alignment, which true to his word was performed at their cost. We will certainly give them another shot at keeping us as a client. Thank you for going above and beyond for making things right.

My wife dropped off our car for an oil change. After dropping off the car, she received a call from Drive, that they found the tires were showing signs of wear, and they recommended an alignment as well as the usual cabin air filter items, all of which she declined. Upon her return to pick up the car, she asked to have the signs of tire wear pointed out as the tires barely have 10,0000 miles on them and are rotated every 6 months. Oddly, there was was NOT any tire wear that DRIVE could point to or identify, nor could the technician. Then the spin started that alignments should happen every year...
We are certainly suspect to the way this was handled. How can they call claiming tire wear, then not be able to point it out to the customer? Buyer beware here, we won't be back.
This was a miscommunication on our part. The alignment which we did a year ago was still under warranty and there shouldn't have been another charge. We have some new personnel and we apologize for the error. We will realign the vehicle for no charge at your convenience.
