I always look forward to the professionalism of the Northcutt staff- today was no exception. Despite the fact that their waiting room is quite nice, I spent very little time there, as they called me back to the examination room before I could even pick out a magazine. Once the exam process began, the staff members put me at ease with their efficiency, and their caring attitude. It is indeed a treat to form a relationship with one's hygienist, in contrast to those offices where turnover is typically high. At Northcutt Dental, the staff members recognize and remember you; and my hygienist picks up our conversation from my last visit (which to her might as well have been yesterday) but in fact was 6 months ago! I couldn't be happier with the total experience-of course the BEST dental care PLUS such a genuinely caring staff. See you in 6 more months!
