Dr. Derksen was almost an hour late for an 8:30 am appointment with no explanation. I had X-rays which were never reviewed during my 5 minute visit. He was clearly in a hurry and I felt like I was wasting his time. The explanation of my diagnosis and the treatment options were glossed over and I was not given the opportunity to ask any questions. I felt as though I was dismissed. Overall I was disappointed with the visit.
I had a great experience with Dr. Schinke. I felt heard and cared for, and she spent all the time needed with me to figure out what was going on with my foot. I feel like I'm in my way back to walking normally.
Dr Schinke was very professional and caring. She helped by showing and explaining to me the issues going on with my feet from the X-rays. We made a plan going forward to help me with the pain issues, and to try to and correct things that are wrong.
Very informative. From the time we walked into the office until we left. Everyone we spoke with was very personable. The nurse that checked me in was very easy to speak with and I could tell she enjoys her job. The doctor explained very thoroughly the issues and suggested procedures that we could take.
