Honestly pretty upset. Called last night to try to get my sick, possibly dying bearded dragon in, couldn't get in for a week but made the appointment in case there was a cancellation or something. She's going downhill quick so a week wouldn't work, called and found another vet who could take her today so I called back to cancel the appointment. No refund for appointment hold, said they'd leave it "for next time" there most likely won't be a next time because this isn't my vet, I was just trying to get her into what ever vet could take her the soonest cause I don't want to lose her. I understand that everyone is short staffed, but I should be given a refund since I don't use this vet. Very upset I have a dying lizard and I'm out $135 for absolutely nothing, have fun with my donation I guess..
