Dr Mittner and the staff took great care of our Bubba. He was quite fussy today but they were so gentle with him. He has always gotten excellent care here and we recommend them highly.

Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The vet's are very well educated, professional and trustworthy. They saved my cat and I am so thankful for Dr. Mittner and Dr. Peck. My cat will be a lifelong customer here!

Honestly pretty upset. Called last night to try to get my sick, possibly dying bearded dragon in, couldn't get in for a week but made the appointment in case there was a cancellation or something. She's going downhill quick so a week wouldn't work, called and found another vet who could take her today so I called back to cancel the appointment. No refund for appointment hold, said they'd leave it "for next time" there most likely won't be a next time because this isn't my vet, I was just trying to get her into what ever vet could take her the soonest cause I don't want to lose her. I understand that everyone is short staffed, but I should be given a refund since I don't use this vet. Very upset I have a dying lizard and I'm out $135 for absolutely nothing, have fun with my donation I guess..
