I'm always really happy with the level of service I get here. The prices are reasonable, the staff are extremely trustworthy, and the service is both quick and thorough. When I took my car to AAA, they told me I would need a costly repair to my suspension system and brakes, so I opted to bring it in to TirePros for a second opinion. They reassured me that my suspension and brakes were fine, save for a minor leak in my rear suspension that might need to be addressed in the future, but when I asked them about cost, they also reassured me that it would be pretty inexpensive. I'm so grateful I brought my car in for a second opinion, got a straight answer, and the reassurance I was looking for. I've already recommended them to my family and coworkers, and will continue to do so for as long as I do business with TirePros. Thanks guys!

I've had some great experiences here, but this one fell a little short. Had 2 different attendants between drop-off and pick-up, but neither seemed to have much time or patience for me. I dropped off around 9am for my appoinment, but still needed to fill out the sheet with my information. Mentioned that I work in NH and could pick it up whenever it was done. No one ever called to say my car was ready, so I called a little before 5 to be told rudely that it was ready, then hung up on before I could ask another question.
The work done is always good, just could use a bit better customer service at the desk this time.
