My daughter needed an urgent appointment twice recently and they worked her in promptly. Dr Frank and his office even worked with her class & sports schedule, so she’d only miss study hall/electives. The repair they did looks great and they worked to ensure her retainer still fit afterwards.

New office personnel are not well-educated in customer relations. I get too many notifications about my upcoming appointment. One notification 2 days prior would be sufficient. I got to my appointment early, and wanted to pay before my appointment but was told I had to wait until after the appointment. Looking into another practice.

I have been with this practice since it was a family owned practice. Since it has been taken over by a corporation, it no longer has that family focus where the front desk is concerned . I still love the dentists and hygienists, but the front desk staff, and the area around the front desk is all about money. Multiple signs up about paying for your bill, charging for using a credit card, etc, and front desk staff only reviews your bill, and is not interested in your well being, or anything else. They aren't even particularly friendly. I also object to their asking my children to pay for their bill when they are on my insurance. I would not go to this practice if I didn’t have history here.

I have using North Hunterdon Dental since I was 10. I have all my kids going there, I wouldn’t use anyone else.
