Welcome to North Idaho Foot and Ankle Institute with Drs. Ryan Averett, D.P.M. and Christopher Butler, D.P.M.

I've been here twice.
The receptionist has been rude both times; she didn't smile, barks demands, "Name. Insurance Card. DOB." How about smiling and saying something like, "Good Afternoon! What's your name? May I verify your insurance card? And, what's your date of birth? Oh, I see your birthday is just a few days away, happy birthday!"
The first visit, the doctor was on time. The second time, a different doctor, was 45 minutes late. It's very frustrating to leave work early only to have your appointment be that late.
I was happy with the treatment both times.
North Idaho Foot and Ankle Institute replied:
I am sorry to hear about your experience. Your concerns will be addressed. Unfortunately with the nature of our business we sometimes have to work in emergencies and do run behind at times. I do however understand your frustration.
