Love this Vet! They take care of you and your prized pet!!

My only complaint was I told the front desk at check in before her boarding that I did not want to do the senior screen at this time because that is a large expense. When I picked her up, I discovered the senior screen was done and my total bill was approximately $500, which is something I hadn’t budgeted for. My dog is always well taken care of there but to pay that much money unexpectedly is not a good thing.

Overall, I was very happy with the care my pet received. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely bring my pet here again for treatment.

North Laurel Animal Hospital replied:

Gee whiz guys...I wish I could personally thank all of you that are writing these great reviews for us, but I can't because you're not leaving names!! We do appreciate the support!.

Also.....If you have a complaint, if I don't know who or what the problem is, I can't fix it so please let us know who you are and if you're thrilled or have suggestions on how we can improve our services and care four your four legged family members~!

We brought our dog in for an eye problem and was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise provided by Dr. Bob and his staff. They are welcoming and supportive to customers, especially with pet patients. We look forward to coming back again with our other pets (hopefully under better conditions).

North Laurel Animal Hospital replied:

I would like to thank who ever wrote this review!! In the past few days we have unfortunately sen a number of patients w significant ocular disease that did require referral to an Ophthalmology Specialist. One of the things all of us pride ourselves on is that to be a good doctor ALL of us no matter who or where we practice, should know what our limitations are and know when it is in the best interest of the pet and the family to refer a case. I'm am thrilled that you were pleased with our level of care and concern, and we all look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

Much as Jinx does not like to come (yowling and hissing at me all the way), the staff at North Laurel treats her well and takes good care of her once we get there.

North Laurel Animal Hospital replied:

Thanks for the great review Nancy ! Yes jinx can be a little bet of a challenge, but he's really not that difficult. I glad you are happy with the quality of care and the level of service we strive to provide both you and Jinx!!
