The appointment was for a same day progesterone test. We were told that it would take 2-3 hours for results but no one ever called to give us those results nor email them. We still don't have them. I left a message because they close at 2 on Saturday but now it's Sunday. Not very happy about it at all!

We love North Oatlands. The facility is clean and beautiful. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Rickard is excellent and always willing to time to answer all of my questions. We will always have North Oatlands care for our furry babies.

Friendly front office personnel greeted us upon entry and we were quickly shown in for our appt. We waited just about 5 min for the doctor and procedure was taken care of promptly. All our questions were answered and we did not feel rushed out. This clinic is lovely, clean, and very professional.
