I received this email after "having an appointment" at the business. I did not have an appointment, I picked up medication. In the past I have been happy with the personal service they have provided me but as of late I am looking for another clinic and boarding place.
I booked a spot for my dogs four months ago over the 4th of July. They were booked for two full weeks, while I went out of town to help my ailing parents. I was called two days before they were to start boarding and told "we have an illness and will not be able to take your dogs". Two days before... I know things happen, but I would have loved to have heard, "have personally take time to call XXXXXX and have booked you a tentative reservation for the same time. Sorry for the change, but we care about you and your animals."
I have also been put on hold for several minutes, hung up, called back and been on hold again.
This clinic is not what I look for anymore- after 12 years, I am leaving.
