Everything was good except that The Dr. Mentioned some over the counter medications, but i didn't get a written list.

The doctor is good, and I think provides quality care. However, she was running behind and was double-booked, so all of the patients were rushed in and out with her spending less than 10 minutes with each. The waiting area is tiny and crowded. There is no soundproofing, so you hear what is transpiring in the examining rooms. I hope they are able to move to a better space - it is very awkward to negotiate particularly in this time of COVID, etc. - everyone was very close together seated and standing. With the space constraints, they should not double-book at the very least.

Dr Veneta was thorough, assertive and caring. I really like her. She is direct though she knows her stuff!
My only issue with the practice is that the examination room was very dirty. The floor needed a good cleaning and objects looked disheveled. They were very busy though they should take a minute to clean in between patients.
I will go back.
