I came in to the shop on Tuesday morning and asked if I could get a new headlight. Art said he didn't have anything available right then, but he offered me two possibilities. One, to make an appointment for the next day, or to call back that afternoon and see if he had an opening. I made an appointment for 10:30am the next day, Wednesday. On Wednesday, I showed up about 15 minutes early. Art took my keys and I took a seat in the waiting room. About 15 minutes later, Art announced that my car was ready to go. I was impressed with the speed with which Northshore took care of my relatively minor issue. I've been to Northshore many time sin the past. Along with its AAA medallion, and its great service are two of the reasons I keep coming back to Northshore.
