My transmission started to slip and be erratic shifting into and out of low gears. I anticipated the worst - transmission work and maybe replacement - and hoped for the best - just a fluid problem. Turned out not only was it just a loss of fluid, but they discovered that the gasket they had replaced five months ago was defective and was the cause of the problem. They replaced it, refilled the fluid, and it's good as new. Best part was they acknowledged that they had inadvertently put in a defective gasket originally and they covered the entire repair cost. We all know they could have taken me for a lot of money and I'd have never known. We also all know the value of a car repair shop we can actually trust.
