Arrived for first appoinment 15 minutes early anticipating new patient paper work needed to be filled out. My child was being seen for a small wart to be treated. We were one of the first patients of the day and waited 11/2 hours for treatment. Second appointment was disappointing in that we signed in upon arriving on time for our appointment. After waiting for 40 minutes I received a call on my cell phone from your office informing me that I had missed my appointment. I told the lady on the phone that we were sitting in the lobby. She then called me to the desk to ask additional info regarding my insurance. Then said, they can take you right back now. Seems that could have happened 40 minutes sooner had she checked the sign in sheet. All staff involved in the treatment of my child were very friendly and made her feel at ease. Reception and desk staff needs some work.
