We are grateful and elated with North Star. We were referrals and able to get an appointment same day and our records were there once we arrived. We are well pleased with the care that our pet received. The Doctor and staff are friendly and the place is very clean.

I was a new patient and filled out the necessary forms for my pet but upon receiving my invoice copy noticed that my pets name was spelled incorrectly. The person entering the info was not busy at the time as I was the only person in the waiting room so I am not sure why more care couldn't have been taken and correct name entered for my pet.

I was very happy that on a Sunday of a holiday weekend I called and left my number and the Dr. called me right back. I was in his office within the half hour. He attended her and gave me the medicine and cans of food for her. Came back on Tuesday for blood work in the morning and by the evening had the results. Another plus that the office is less than 2 miles from home.

I have always been pleased with the service at this clinic. But this weekend Dr Duston went above and beyond! My dog was sick and Dr Duston opened up the clinic to get my pup the medicine he needed. I am so appreciative of his help and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend North Star Animal Hospital!

We have taken our fur babies here since it opened in Estrella. We always feel that the staff have taken excellent care of them. We wouldnt take them anywhere else.

All staff took time to help my dog be as comfortable as possible. Everyone was very caring and friendly. I was able to ask all of the questions that I had.
