Dr. Clodfelter was awesome. Mulligan is not an easy patient and she was so kind and patient with him. It was a dream to be able to let him chill in the dog park and have his exam there. The techs were great as well. Would not go anywhere else with him. We thank you all. Elizabeth Walsh

Quality care but unfortunately very strict prescription policies. You must use their pharmacy or pay a fee.
Mr. and Mrs. Bodenheimer, Thank you for your feedback. As you and I have already spoken on the telephone in regards to this a few times, we really appreciate your opinion in regards to this. Unfortunately it would not be fair to waive this company policy for certain clients only. And also to be clear, clients do not have to use our pharmacy, we have to disagree with your statement there. Ultimately the good news is that thanks to the many different ways NAH can help clients with savings, you were able to move forward with your online prescription. I think that it is a professional practice. I understand that it is a business, and that the Veterinarians are professionals...but when certain tests, labs and procedures were done they did not "ask" us. They just did them as expected and then we are obviously stuck with a bill that is not what we planned for or asked for. We are still consumers and consumers have a choice...Not sure if we will come back.
