I enjoyed the visit (much more than my dog) because of the thoroughness as well as an awareness of the cost to the consumer. I also appreciate the Dr. allowing her assistants to do the blood draw to lessen the trauma to my dog, and for the record, my dog shakes uncontrollably any time we visit.

Everyone was EXTREMELY helpful and provided a lot of different suggestions as to what to do about my cat’s behavioral issues. I am very grateful for the thought and care they provided.

Kindness! Efficiency!

I brought in my chronically ill cat, I was given a differential, testing, results and a game plan. It was seemlessly delivered by cheerful kind staff. Impressive.

I am using this practice because my dog’s vet started working working here.

Dr Lisa takes excellent care of our animals and we are happy about that.

The only downside is that the don’t let clients not the waiting room as a Covid precaution. That seems redundant with masks and vaccine. And the ver low infection rates in VT.

Hopefully the waiting area will be opened before the cold weather sets in.

Dr Lisa was patient and very informative while teaching me how to inject medication to our 13 year old Maine Coon cat, Sephira. I felt safe in the office and consider their professionalism an added perk to a visit!

The staff at Norwich Regional Animal Hospital is attentive, efficient and incredibly kind. They care so much about my two dogs, one an older guy of 12 and one a young pup of just 11 months. During Covid, they have been particularly easy to work with, making it simple to get all care needs met for our two dogs.

The new dr has bad people skills

.Doesnt listen to pet owners and talks over them while there asking questions we will just find another vet there’s plenty around this is the second bad experience we have had with this place .never again
