We were visiting from out of town, and our dog had a minor injury that we needed help with. We were able to get in right away, and the team was friendly, caring and professional. The exam room and the whole clinic was warm and welcoming.
Everyone is so nice at the vet. My 14 year old dog Coco is not doing well, sick with cancer and a new patient. Dr. Lisa showed so much compassion and was completely on board with whatever course of action I decided to take with my Coco. They gave Coco IV fluids with me in the room so that I can stay there and comfort her. My pup Coco won’t be around much longer (because I have decided the best course of treatment is to put her down) but I have another dog who is 2 years old who will defiantly see Dr. Lisa for services.
First time there and they made my husband and kitty feel right at home. The waiting room is phenomenal for the cats, encouraging them to explore and enjoy the big picture window. Dr. Lisa is super caring. It felt like she knew my cat as much as I did with the level of investment and immediate desire to help. Thank you to this amazing hospital for making me feel like my baby is in the very best hands.
I can’t tell you how amazing Dr. Lisa and her whole staff is. There is a sincere caring and devotion they have for all the animals they treat. My daughters dog needed emergency attention and Dr. Lisa spent time and cared for her even though she was a visiting patient. I would adopt a pet just so I could visit Dr. Lisa and her staff! They are the real deal. Thank you for taking care of a very stressful situation and even making sure I was doing ok.
Five stars are not enough. After five years of professional care by the Fields of Vision (FOV), my client experience there continues to exceed expectations. Exceeding expectations is the proof of value in any professional care relationship. Why this is the case for my most recent visit follows.
From the receptionist's intake, through the pre-Doctor session conducted by a very skilled associate, to Doctor Fields' portion of the entire exam, the planning and inherent structure of the patience, positivity and professionalism intended for the client's encounter with the FOV experience is evident. During my recent visit, my interaction with Dr. Fields and associates was even beyond the routinely excellent care received.
Dr. Fields not only performed his exam, in doing so, he took special note of the dysfunctional condition of my glasses. Above empathy, his response transpired into taking the glasses from me. In moments, the glasses that for months I had worn taped or not at all were repaired and returned to me. Briefly, the associate who had repaired the glasses appeared, allowing me the opportunity to thank both her and the Doctor together for the sight saving fix. My thanks seemed shallow to me because I realized how well they understood how vital having a functional pair of glasses was for anyone. The element of their reaction to my elation that was most impressing and telling to me was the clear satisfaction that they shared in the joy of my gratitude.
That is why five stars for the Fields of Vision are not enough.
