Dr Jackson and her team are wonderful! My son has a strong gag reflex which makes him anxious when he has dental appointments. Dr Jackson is great at putting these nervous little patients at ease. She has a calm & gentle chairside manner and seems to know exactly how to work around each of her young patients needs.
Her entire staff is always so friendly & professional too. Very happy with the care we receive at NPD.

Dr. Jackson herself is a great dentist!! She provides excellent care for my teeth. She is also a great person all-around. She makes you feel welcomed the moment you walk in her office. This is the best dentistry that I have been to in North Carolina.

Dr. Was great and the kids love her but the lady up front did not give any welcome and did not know what she was doing. We waited 45min to even get back the my appt was at 10 but we did not leave there until 12. Will keep going there my kids do well with the dentist but they need some work with the front office person.

We have been visiting Dr Jackson for about 3 years and have been mostly pleased. The office reschedules appointments often, but for cleanings and a couple fillings it wasn't a huge deal.
Jan 26, though, a Saturday my daughter was scheduled to have work done that requires general anesthesia. The person supposedly opening the office never showed that morning. Dr Jackson was upset by this and cancelled the procedure. I was okay with this decision also.
My problem is that I have called everyday for two weeks and left messages to reschedule that have yet to be returned. I have not even had a call answered since then.
I am done with Dr Jackson and her practice.

Our 4 year old needed a filling and I was very nervous about how he would do during the procedure. The staff was GREAT. I don't know how they finished without tears or signs of discomfort.
The appointment was on time and fairly quick. Very pleased as always
