We never wait less than 30 minutes even after arriving 5 minutes before the appointment time (no paperwork to complete). The last time we waited an entire hour before we were seen. I took my child out of school early for this appointment and we were not seen until an hour after the scheduled appointment time. That is a lot of missed instruction at school. We felt rushed during the appointment as it was the last appointment of the day. Unfortunately, we had to come back in the next day (Saturday) to file down the filling that was too high. The dentist did not do the "bite test" before we left. I was thankful the office was open on Saturday as it could have made for a miserable weekend, and we were squeezed into the schedule. Everyone in the practice has always been kind and the front desk staff is friendly. I think the dentists get overbooked and don't schedule in buffer time for other patients who arrive too late.

My daughter has been going to your practice since she was 2.5 years old. My husband took our daughter to her check up and said the technician seem inexperienced. For example when cleaning her teeth the technician seemed to focus on gums where she just lost a tooth and blood started gushing out. My husband felt the technician was a bit rough. So much so he wants me to look into a new dentist.

Dr. Jackson is a thief and a liar. She owes me $570. I have been told since July that "the check is in the mail" and yet I have received nothing and its November 11th! I went to her office on Monday night and the office manager told her I wanted to speak to her about my account. I waited patiently and respectfully in the waiting room from 5:00 until her last patient left at 7:30 and she ended up sneaking out of the back door - who does that?! I went back to the office Tuesday morning and when I approached her when she getting out of her PORSCHE and walking to the door, asking when she was going to give me my money, she told me she'd be right with me but ended up calling the cops! Again, who does that?! And all this is after my son bit his lip when she filled his cavity in April which caused it to swell 2-3x its normal size and despite calling the answering service at least 3-4 times I got NO response from her!

As always, everyone was super nice. They took excellent care of my child and asked questions about her that showed me they care about her overall health. I am so glad we have found this place!

This is the second time my husband has taken both of our children to this office and had to wait beyond our scheduled appointment time. He was very frustrated and late to work.
