Staff are very nice and professional. Appointment and sign-in process is organized. Although due to remodeling and COVID protocols they do not allow you to go in with your pet during the vet exam so we were not allowed to meet the Dr which is unfortunate. It’s the reason I did not rate 5 stars. We are satisfied with the treatment plan for our pet, but we’ll have to wait and see if she fully heals. Hopefully when the remodeling is complete we can meet the vet. If not, we may have to seek another vet. I want to be able to speak to my animal’s Dr and not just the staff.
