Went in for a routine cleaning and x-rays that wasn't. Called to verify my appointment at 1pm for 9/11. I informed the receptionist that I was willing to change the appointment if I wasn't finished by 2pm as I had to go to work. She assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and they would finish the process quickly under an hour. Got the cleaning but the x-ray machine was having it's glitches. They tried to give me a diagnosis from old x-rays previously taken 6 months earlier which I informed them wasn't an accurate assessment. The doctor then realized I was correct. I was pretty much sent away and discarded without the X-rays and told to return in 6 months. I sincerely hope my insurance doesn't get billed on the two attempts of their X-rays. I felt my time was wasted. Will think twice about returning.
