Cheryl did an amazing job. She was able to identify my problem spots and take care of them.

Overall, Nurture Spa was disappointing. First of all the room was too warm. Cheryl apologized many times for this but it was uncomfortable. Second, I had a $20 promotion from the spa but I wasn't allowed to use it. Some bs that since my wife booked the appointment and they had to 'shift' it from her account to mine they couldn't apply the discount. They did say the credit would stay on my wife's account indefinitely. Finally, I notice I was billed for my services a day before it took place- very shady. Between that and not crediting me the discount I sense the spa is in financial trouble and will do everything to keep as much money as they can. We've always have had a great experience at Nurture but it didn't live up to past experiences. I'm open about my feedback and this is the same I'll share on yelp and google.

Regarding pre-payment of your massage, since your appointment was booked online, you were charged for the service upon booking. This has been our procedure and policy for more than 6 years.

And we credited your account for the $20 discount, and you approved this transaction. If you would prefer the $20 refunded to you, we are happy to do this.
