I have been seeing Dr. Guillen ever since we got Kate , she came very highly recommended, she explained everything in detail where I could understand it. Then she took the time to show me how to apply the medicine to Kate's eye and she made sure that I didn't have anymore questions before I left and treats Kate like it was her own pet. We have had dog & cats for the last 44 years and she is one of the best Vet that I have had. Northwest animal care is very fortunate to have such a good veterinarian. The the only thing is I wish your clinic had a weekend emergency person on staff. Thank you N. Dawson

We leave our little cat, Polly, there when we go on trips. You do a good job and it brings us great peace of mind knowing someone is on site 24 hours per day. I have recommended you to several people, including our vet. in Monroe.

I have long counted on NW to board our 12 yr old cat and I am glad you are still in the business.

There was a mis-communication with the boarding office when I picked up Juniper on April 25. However, I was pleased that someone phoned me later that afternoon to explain what had happened and why. Excellent customer service !
