PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NOW REQUIRE APPOINTMENTS FOR ALL SERVICES, INCLUDING OPTICAL SERVICES SUCH AS PURCHASING FRAMES AND LENSES OR RECEIVING EYEGLASS ADJUSTMENTS.   Being "appointment only" allows us to minimize the overlap of patients in the office and optical.
To expedite scheduling during the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have changed the prompts on our appointment scheduler below.   
In the "Comments and Questions" section, please share any additional detail such as  time availability, other family members to schedule on the same day, or vision insurance that you would like us to inquire about on your behalf.   Please include your email address if you would prefer for us to communicate with you that way.

In order to schedule you online, in addition to the above, please provide your birthdate.   We will contact you via email prior to your appointment to obtain more specific detail regarding your vision needs, contact information, and insurance and share with you our office's specific protocols and processse so that check-in goes smoothly and we meet your expectations.
