The office, staff and Dr I saw are all great, felt very comfortable about the medical side of my visit. BUT I had to wait over AN HOUR to see the doctor! Why bother having an appointment at all!? In my business if I left a client waiting an hour I don't think they'd be a client for very long. Five stars for Dr. and staff and office, One star for an hour+ wait
We apologize for the wait you experienced. We want to ensure you it's something we are working on improving and hope you will continue to give us that opportunity to prove ourselves. Thank you for the feedback.

The doctor and the staff were great. Quality of service was good. However something really needs to be done about the wait times. I was scheduled for a 10:45 am appointment and wasn't called until 11:30 am. Then, I waited in the consultation room for a further 15 mins before the doctor arrived. The total wait time was 1 hour after the appointment time. All this given that I have been here before, they have all my paperwork already, and I had arrived early. Something definitely needs to be streamlined to ensure patients do not end up waiting for long periods of time.

Visiting Dr. Jeffrey Schildhorn's Office was one my most pleasant experiences among the few for me.ra Very courteous, professional and attentive staff. The waiting time was just reasonable and not long at all. Great waiting area. Above all Dr. Schildhorn is a knowledgeable, right to the point and pleasant and easy to converse with physician. He has an excellent gentle skill in administration of a normally painful injections. I will definitely go back to him when needed and highly recommend him.

My daughter and son-in-law are satisfied patients . When I told them that my appointment at the Hospital for Special Surgery is in two months for lack of availability, she immediately called Jinnette to make an appointment for me. Wow, I got an appointment the next day followed up by an e-mail confirming my appointment and even the change of time I requested.. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by friendly faces and the registration quickly and efficiently done. Jess, the radiologist was friendly and competent and we had a nice conversation and gotten to know her. My doctor Dr. Schildhorn is quite witty and made me feel comfortable before his examination. When he found out that I could not have the MRI done right away he gave me a cortisone shot in the meantime. I have full confidence that he could help me with my shoulder problem once the MRI will show the extent of the injury.
Thank you for the kind words about our practice. We truly appreciate the compliments.

After 3 previous appts, I found that the waiting time is usually long. So I decided to come in 25 mins early to try to be seen on time. Was still seen 30 mins after my appt. and there was no one in the waiting room. So I don't know why I waited so long.
We are sorry to hear about your recent experiences at our office, and want to ensure you that we are working hard to improve the wait times so this is not the norm. We thank you for the feedback.

The staff is always smiling which creates a very relaxing environment. they go beyond the norm to make sure your needs are met. the doctors care about the well being of their patients. they spend as much time as necessary with youto ensure you have all the information you need and all your questions have been answered. They don't rush you out of the office like other doctors do

Staff was completely disorganized. They made me wait for 45 minutes before I filled out the new patient form. After that no one told me what I needed to do next until I asked again and was then called for X ray. After X ray was made to wait 45more minutes in a closed room for the doctor to visit. Doctor provided good diagnosis but he seemed very casual about the advice. After that I reminded the staff about Co pay. Besides which hospital operates by accepting only cash? If only cash is expected the patients need to know when they book appointments. Not visiting again ever nor recommending the place to anyone - took me two and half hours on a week day besides an hour long commute. SIMPLY HORRIBLE.
We are sorry for the experience you had at our practice. This is not the normal experience at NY Bone and Joint and hope that you would be willing to give us another chance in the future to prove ourselves. Thank you for the valuable feedback.

extremely difficult to find the place. store front/lobby looks as if it out of business. No doorman. Complicated door buzzer system. The actual facility is very nice. the doctor was extremely nice.
