I thought the experience was just fine, pleasant team.
I went in for a cleaning, and felt like I left with the same amount of plaque I came in with. The hygienist used two cleaning instruments that she rotated briefly and lightly that I did not feel like she was being thorough with the cleaning. The most surprising was that the hygienist didn't floss my teeth, something so basic! And then she left the room before I could even talk to her.
The dentist, Mark, seemed like a nice enough guy. He was quick to find a cavity, and recommend a mouth guard. Thanks, I guess.
I'd rate the cleaning at D, and the overall experience, a C.
