Gary and I were very much dissatisfied with the work we had done at our home. We have had your services for over 15 years and this was not up to the standards we are accustom to.

Less than a month after our furnace check our furnace motor went out. When our generator was checked he did not bypass our vacation mode to check its reliance...spent maybe 5 minutes on our air conditioner. Very poor care taken for the price charged.

Oak Electric installed a new (upgrade) 200 amp home service. The workmanship was very poor. Had to have a 2nd electrician come out and basically put a band aid on the original work. Paid top shelf price and got bottom shelf work. I'll fix it myself now.

We were not happy the person that came out was unable to do the repair but we were still charged for their time. There was some knocked off the bill but if they could fix it we shouldn't have been charged at all.

Roger did a very thorough job on performing the annual maintenance. He also offered cold weather suggestions on insuring performance with a better battery and oil filter heater additions.
