We love Dr. Mac and her staff. They provide excellent and compassionate care for all of our animals.
My only concern during this past visit had to do with the checkout process. I waited twenty minutes to check out. There were only two people in front of me and they each took at least ten minutes to check out. With each person the employee had to take time to discuss rebates, talk about different options for flea treatments, etc. While it is great to offer different options and help with rebates it is not good when it creates significant delays with the checkout process. We should be able to pay our bill and leave immediately. I hope they can find another way to discuss treatment options, rebates, etc. so that it is not happening during checkout.
Kristen, Thanks for bringing that to our attention. That is definitely too long to wait. I have been considering adding a second receptionist. so we will look closer at that. Also we are training a new receptionist as Melissa is leaving at the end of the month so I apologize for the delay. I will do my best to correct that problem. Thanks again, Dr. Mac
