Recent transplants to the Twin Cities, I made an appointment here after reading many positive reviews online. It was exactly what I had hoped for. There was a nice-sized parking lot and we were seen on time. This is so important when you've got an anxious pet like my dog--who is also blind so needs to be carried a lot in strange places. The vet and vet tech were friendly but professional and did a thorough job of looking him over and checking his faxed records. Even though I had just brought him in for a diagnosis of a skin infection the vet found an ear infection as well which needed treatment. The medications and special food my dog needs that I can only buy from a vet were not cheap but no more than I expected. I also took advantage of a 25% off for my first visit. I would recommend highly.

I called with a confusing situation involving my 11 month old puppy, on two separate occasions, over two consecutive days. On both occasions, veterinarians ended-up calling me back, and went above and beyond. Both Took the time to talk through the situation, and actively discussed options, before landing on a recommendation.
All of this, and my dog wasn’t even a patient yet!
They subsequently made space in their busy schedule, to squeeze her in for an abbreviated exam and a blood draw.
Their kindness and empathy shown through.

I had a amazing experience at Tranquility. I’ve been going to the same dentist for 10 years and decided to try something different, just to see what’s a dental experience like somewhere else. Even before I stepped thru the doors, I had a great experience with Haley helping me track down my dental info since I didn’t have my card handy. She was first class. I got in, and the vibe felt really relaxed compared to my dentist. Becky was my hygienist. She was superb. The technology was definitely more cutting edge than my dentist as well, and my cleaning experience was perfect. Needless to say I can’t really justify going back to my old dentist. Not that they were bad. They were good. But the vibe, cleaning experience, and technology just are more my style so, I’m rollin with Tranquility.Read More …
