Dr. Dean diagnosed my Rufus with osteosarcoma 18 months ago and coordinated his care with specialists through amputation and chemo. I made an appointment recently because he was coughing. She understood my concern immediately and did a chest x-ray to compare with his preoperative x-ray. She was nearly as relieved as I was when it came out the same. He only had a cold. I had a 3:30 appointment and did not have to wait to be seen. Rufus was examined in front of me, which many vets won't do any more. Even the xray didn't take long. I can't imagine better vet care.

I've been a client of Russell Owen Wells for over 3 years now. I live across the country (AZ) and come back to FL 3-4 times a year to have my hair done by him. This was my first visit to Mode West and I loved it!! Russell has always given me exactly what I want and always has the best suggestions. Since I don't come in often when we dyed my hair he left out sections of my natural color to create highlights that won't have roots! What an amazing idea and result!
