After seeing our two cats, Dr Kessler came out to the car and discussed with me everything that was done. We discussed problems we have with our cats and discussed the resolution. We have been using oaks vet for over 25 years and would never change.

Dr Kessler was helpful and understanding. I’ve had some problems with my cat scratching destructively and Dr Kessler gave me some good advice and followed up with an email with helpful product suggestions. I highly recommend her and the staff at Oaks Veterinary Hospital.

Dr Kessler took plenty of time evaluating a problem with our greyhound. She was very patient with our dog and in explaining things to us. She and her staff are awesome!

Waiting a week for an appointment is ridiculous when your animal is in pain with an ear infection. I was sent to an emergency vet. I was told to get my animal evaluated in 5 days to make sure the ear infection was resolving. I waited another week for an appointment.

I have been coming to Oaks Veterinary Hospital since 1994 and have always been happy with quality care and reasonable appointment times.

I don't know what is going on now, but I am not pleased. If this continues I will be looking for another veterinary facility.a
