All staff members were polite and explained things clearly- Alyssa and Amanda at the front desk, the vet techs, and Dr. Sturgeon! My very skittish cat had to spend the day at the hospital, but they all took great care of her and made sure her experience was as fear free and positive as it could be. And when she had an accident in her kennel, they even cleaned her up for me! I will definitely be back with my other animals!

After a 1.5 hour wait,, finally saw my vet of 12+ years. I understand labor shortage, so was trying to be patient.. i did not recieve the usual helpful techncian, today's very rude and unhelpful . Left after 2 hours with no nail clip and confusion about any topical heartworm prevention this clinic could provide for my 8 week old pup. I explained my past bad experience with pill form of heatworm/flea tick combo pill. Yet twice, that is all the tech offered upon my checkout. I refused pill. Called another vet. Found out about Parasadge. Was not offered this at Oaks. Im really confused and unclear how to proceed for best health of my pup. Hoping this is just a temporary tech staff, I would not EVER want to deal with this tech again!
