Someone didn’t reschedule my appointment with the date we agreed upon. So, when I showed up they basically told me it wasn’t today and to go home. That wasn’t acceptable to me. I basically had to beg for my cat to be seen and after 10 minutes of this, they squeezed me in between appointments. HOWEVER, I was not allowed inside (which isn’t the appointment I was promised) and because they didn’t record my appointment, I also didn’t have his nails cut.
I asked for the doctor to call me when he returned (should have been on Monday). I followed up on Tuesday and was told my file is on the doctors’ desk for a call back and there were a lot of emergencies on Monday. Well, it’s Friday - so 5 business days later and no phone call. After 28 years of being a customer, it looks like it’s time to part ways.
