Someone didn’t reschedule my appointment with the date we agreed upon. So, when I showed up they basically told me it wasn’t today and to go home. That wasn’t acceptable to me. I basically had to beg for my cat to be seen and after 10 minutes of this, they squeezed me in between appointments. HOWEVER, I was not allowed inside (which isn’t the appointment I was promised) and because they didn’t record my appointment, I also didn’t have his nails cut.
I asked for the doctor to call me when he returned (should have been on Monday). I followed up on Tuesday and was told my file is on the doctors’ desk for a call back and there were a lot of emergencies on Monday. Well, it’s Friday - so 5 business days later and no phone call. After 28 years of being a customer, it looks like it’s time to part ways.

Good morning Josephine. Sincerest apologies for not being as on top of it as we usually are! I have been away in recent weeks tending to my mother's recent illness and then subsequent passing. While Dr. Ephraim and I trust in the abilities of our team, my unexpected and sudden absence did leave them without the support my presence typically lends. Be assured that, had Dr. Ephraim known that he was expected to call you, he would have! I will be investigating why your file was removed from his desk and follow up with the team on that. You can expect a call from Dr. Ephraim by end of day today. Again, we are sorry that your needs were not met as expected during your recent visit.
