98% would refer friends and family to us

Doctor was great. But my first appointment was cancelled without notice. I didn't show up because my wife had an appointment before me and she did get notice and I called to see if mine was cancelled and got the machine. This was my first appointment in a few years. My employer pays VSP $17 per month, and even though I didn't get glasses or order contacts, my deductible was $83. Seems pretty high for not getting glasses or contacts. Why do I have insurance?
