Sadly my wisdom teeth extraction wasn't put through by reception to ensure that the insurance would cover it.

I would've appreciated having the approval put through prior to having it done however I was told after that they don't check prior... so quite disappointed when I could've waited until January since it wasn't an urgent procedure.

We did however make a compromise on the out of pocket cost with you. Our apologies for the inconvenience. We have made all required notes on file to ensure that this does not happen again and we send estimates out for all of your treatment. See you next time.

For yeara no matter what time my appt is I always wait at least a half hour. I shouldnt be there 1.5-2 hours for a cleaning.

I has to leave without seeing the dentist cauae I couldnt wait any longer.

I went today for my kid basic teeth cleaning,so since took an appt for 4 pm,came little bit early,but my kid went in,I preferred to stay in sitting area after 15 mins the upper case of teeth were cleaned without fluoride,I have private insurance but for 15 minutes and spending my gas I was made to pay 55 dollars through my debit card saying I will be reimbursed but I was been called time to time to confirm this appt then been told for next upcoming appt of my two boys basic cleaning will be more than 100 dollars since my insurance covers 90%10 percent of my pocket??but last time my husband paid fifty five dollars even giving the insurance info,called a dental clinic near to my home (Tanglewood dental )for my basic cleaning 45 minutes and to pay 20 dollars and even less for my kids so today an eye opening experience with non courteous attitude saying pay money now while I was assuming insurance is taking care of it,I have been conned.I don't know what service been provided for 15 minutes as told that my private insurance only covers 15 minutes and have to bring my kids frequently so again spending my gas and to pay again $55 for 15 minutes?????

I told them I am not happy,I do not have so much money in acct or I should wait 3 to 4 weeks mailing invoice to my private insurance to reimburse me $49 what more to be said,can't trust their service and watch out for making any appts for your kids.I have been on ph told for next time I have to only pay %10 but if that would be the case I shouldn't be paying through my debit card today.

Thank you for taking the time to notify us of your concern Mehvesh. I would be more then happy to explain all of your concerns once again to yourself and your husband as we do not perform any procedures in this office without patient & parent guardian consent. Unfortunately your insurance plan has an age restriction when it comes to hygiene appointments for children , based on your children's age it does only allow and reimburse you for 15 minutes of cleaning. We did explain this to you as well as your husband prior to booking. Now a 15 minute hygiene appointment should be sufficient in most scenarios however both of the children had not had a cleaning for over a year. So in saying that and to save you not being reimbursed we simply explained that we could bring the children back this time to complete the hygiene appointment. Our patient care is our sole and number 1 priority. Once the children's oral hygiene and treatment was completed we would be more then happy to put them on a standard routine in hopes that their home care and our in office care would allow the future hygiene appointments to be completed in one appointment. Please feel free to contact the office at any time and we can definitely go through and answer all of your questions again.
