Front desk staff is unwelcoming. Was asked to give a urine sample as soon as I was registered, without considering I was going for an ultrasound. Then, in the ultrasound, I was told I had to have a FULL bladder to be given the ultrasound. They were expecting me to drink and wait until there was another opening for the ultrasound (who knows when, no regards to patients time and employment arrangements). Needless to say, I did not have it done there. Also, you are scheduled to return arbitrarily. Like I said, front staff lacks customer service skills or refuses to use them. The girls who take vitals were nice and answered my questions.
