I was very happy with my doctor. My issue was with staff who answer the phone sounding mad or frustrated that they have to answer the phone, and EXTREME inefficiencies on staff who cannot facilitate getting information to patients and especially getting info to/from labs, MRI’s, etc. I kept trying to get my MRI appointment scheduled, but the radiology dept kept saying they’d never received the order. Your office kept insisting they’d sent it. After more than a week, I found out the office had the wrong fax number for the radiology department. THEN once i had the MRI completed, my records were lost. This is not okay. .
