Actually-it wasn't great. I arrived at 1:30, left close to 5:00. First time visit with Dr. Paglia,-and won't be back. He kept asking the technician about things he wasn't sure about (such as reading my contact lens power -and I brought exactly what I am wearing). When a doctor says to me that he 'isn't sure he can help me, but will try different things'-I am not comfortable with that. I normally go to my OD in CT. for my eye exam and lenses, and was just there in July. Also-when the tech started telling me the charges, starting at $145.00-for re-fitting, that was it. I wouldn't pay anything at my other OD. 3 hours is ridiculous for an eye exam!! I was asked why I didn't use the Ocala office,-(it's an hour long drive to get to this office)-I told them someone at the front desk told me that the office there wasn't set up for a contact lens visit. I was at your office one other time with another OD, -who only refilled my script. The refraction charge is also high. Normally it's $40.00-and I have had my secondary pick up half of the fee. I won't recommend this place to any one who wears contacts, but will to those with glasses in that area. I have another appointment with am Ophthalmologist today-that does lenses.

Great post-op and pre-op for my cataract surgery. Would highly recommend Ocala Eye for anyone considering this surgery.

I arrived for appointment at 1 PM. Was called back finally at 1:30PM. Eyes were examed and dialated by 1:55PM. I was then led to a waiting room where multiple patients were complaining about the long waits. I was finally seen by Dr. Vish at 2:45PM. I complained about the wait and was told there had been emergencies earlier in the day. Ironically, that is the same thing I was told one year ago when I had basically the same situation. Then when I arrived at checkout after 3PM then computers in the office went down. So I had to leave without officially checking out. MUCH TOO LONG AN EXPERIENCE FOR A EYE EXAM.

Good eye service only LONG WAITS. Would like to be able for scheduling instead of having to WAIT for phone call.

I gave an 8 rather than 10 only because of the wait sometimes. It seems that at 8:30 inn the am the Drs.

should not be so behind that the wait is 30 min or more.

The staff and Drs are wonderful but the wait times can be a little long especially after you are dialated
