I have enjoyed your facility for many years. It is because I love your facility that I feel I need to respond to your request for feedback. I found that when I visited this time there had been downgrades that were noticable.
The quiet room had warm water for tea, not hot. The tea and the snacks were not refilled. The snacks were downgraded to party mix instead of healthier nuts. The spa water in the quiet room was very good.
The steam room no longer had water stationed outside of the room. We had to leave the steam area many times to the quiet room to refill on water. Additionally, the washclothes were not in the ice, and there was not enough water to try to moisten a cold cloth.
The changing room was often left unattended as well. It is unfortunate that guests cannot clean up after themselves, but the debris was left unattended.
I hope that some of these items can be addressed to keep up the spa's good name!
