Called OMS miday on a Friday to see if they could do some minor maintenance work and Steve was most accommodating. I have a crazy work schedule and its always a challenge to get some extra time to take care of things like this. Its refreshing to experience real "customer service" and its apparent that this trickles down to the rest of the staff from Neal & Steve. Kudos guys!! Keep doing what you're doing!!

The guys at OMS are fantastic. I brought my 06 325xi in for an alignment after installing coil overs and to diagnose a service engine soon indicator. They ran the fault codes while I was there and it indicated the issue. They fully diagnosed the issue and sent a full quote via email quickly after. The quality of their work is top notch and you can trust they are being honest with their diagnosis. I refused some of the recommended service items as I can do them myself and there was never and push back from them. They even offered to drop me off and pick me up at my place quite a few exits down the 5. I will only bring my car to OMS from now on.

Nothing like consistently great service from these guys! They have been keeping my 7 series in top shape and their shop's warranty on all work performed is outstanding. No BS from these guys. They tell you what you need to know and work with you to accomplish it. When they work on you car they are awesome. No half jobs, no cutting corners, and they are very professional about all the work they do. I highly recommend theses guys for your European car.

It's hard to put into words how fantastic Oceanside Motorsports is. I will share the above and beyond treatment I received, you judge for yourself! I called in the morning in a bit of a panic when our BMW wouldn't start. The car was in the garage, my husband and I were both at work. Steve took it as no problem. He sent someone out to my house to check the battery. Steve called me an hour later; it wasn't the battery! He had it towed (from my garage) to the shop. I had my car back that same day with a new starter motor installed. THAT IS ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We were able to stay at work while Steve and Neil took our worries and handled everything. I jokingly said I would mention how great they are on my Christmas cards....I really will. They are a true blessing to have around. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Oceanside Motorsports.
