Close your eyes and picture a Beautiful Oasis Lake Spa for your teeth! The staff from the front desk to the dental hygienist and dentist were absolutely top notch. They listened to all my concerns and requests. Dr. Martin spent time explaining everything to me and answered all my questions and gave me a little education on the structure of a tooth to help me understand better my situation. Dr. Martin was very thorough and showed me the pictures of my teeth and explained the good areas and the ones needing work and explained a treatment plan and why it was in that order. The dental hygienist was super sweet and was so gentle and careful with my fears of getting a cleaning in the sensitive areas and she paid close attention documenting where not to touch and stir up the sensitive nerves. She gave me the best cleaning and experience I've ever had and from past cleanings I've always had to get my mouth numbed and I didn't with her awesome skills! They all spent time getting to know me personally and we laughed and joked around so much I forgot I was at a dentist appointment. The office is beautiful and clean with tooth brushes, mouthwash, rinse cups in the restroom with beautiful decor and pretty napkins to dry your hands. The dental chairs face the lake and helps you relax with the great music they play. I left with a bag of goodies and recommended referrals if I chose not to use their office for other services provided. You don't feel pressured to purchase anything. Dr.Martin also advised they personally return phone calls after hours and all calls go to their phones not an answering service and you don't get charged for calling. That's what I call good old customer service and I appreciate a doctor who cares about their patients like they do. I highly recommend Ocotillo Lakes Dental they are by far Superior in Quality.
