Dr. Ernst is always gives a thorough exam, leaving no exception unchecked. The staff is friendly and the pre-checks are done very well. I am a long term patient and will continue to be. The office staff makes the visit a pleasure and are always cheerful.

Dr. Magre was awesome - very impressed. But the staff left a lot to be desired. I felt like I was bothering them, and they were talking about me while I was standing right there - it was super awkward. They didn’t care about helping me find frames, fill my rx or measure my PD. Just poor customer service.

On time and very efficient check in and initial exam testing process. Dr. Kloke explained my current eye health, potential future issues and process to remedy the issues. She welcomed questions and explained things in a way I could understand. She was very professional and friendly in her work and made me feel welcomed.

I wanted to see a doctor quickly and Family Eye Care was able to fit me in a few hours after IU called. My wait in the office was short nad the doctor seemed very thorough and competent.

My 5 year-old failed her preschool eye screening. They got her in to be seen within 2 days. The minute we arrived they made my daughter feel special. From the beautiful, kid-friendly waiting room to the one on one attention. The rooms were decorated to keep her attention. They even had toys available. The exam was to her skill level and she was not asked to do anything she was not comfortable with. The medical assistants and the physician was so caring and kind. I loved this place as an adult, but I love it even more now that they were so amazing with my kid.
