I was put at ease in regard to the condition of my eyes, especially after the surgery that I underwent in March. I was also very relieved to be able to express my candid feelings regarding the surgeon to Dr. Offen and have her validate such. She is an outstanding doctor and thoroughly cares for her patients. I would never go elsewhere!

I give Offen Eye Associates a 5 star rating for sure. The staff is excellent and the organizational skills and professionalism is way above my standards and I consider myself very tough when it comes to customer and patient services. One of my favorite things is they keep your records from the prior year and print it out when you come in.... Instead of having to fill out the same darn info every single time that rarely changes, they hand it to you and just ask you to make any changes right on the paper. Easy,simple and no muss no fuss. Thanks you Dr. Offen and staff for making my eye exam on of my favorite Dr.'s to go to!!!!!

My experience was very professional. Every test that was given to me was thoroughly explained to me and Dr. Offen went over the results with videos and illustrations. The technicians who handled the eyeglass portion of my examination was equally professional. My experience was as I expected since I have been going to Dr. Offen for more than 15 years. Consistent quality care.

THE OFFEN OFFICE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING, AND HOW TO OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT.
THE AMOUNT OF TIME SPENT WITH EACH PATIENT, EXCEEDS THE TIME THAT I HAVE EVER SPENT AT OTHER EYE DOCTORS.

I feel very comfortable while I am at Offen Eye Associates. Every part of the visit is smooth and the transitions are quick and not time consuming.
The exam is so state of the art its absolutely amazing and there is no guess work needed with this amount of technology.
Everyone working in the office is friendly and very good at what they do. I never feel nervous or tense while I am getting my exam. I think it has to be the best in the state!
