Dr. Offen and her staff that perform the testing were professional and thorough as you would expect your visit to be. What sets them apart though is how they make you feel during your appointment. Seeing Dr. Offen is like visiting an old friend then just having your eyes examined. Patty who helped me pick out eye glasses also couldn't have been more helpful and was a pleasure to deal with.
My only suggestion would be that the two girls at the front desk should be acknowledging people when they walk up to the desk to sign in. They are the people that set the tone when you first walk in and they didn't even pick up their heads so as I sat and waited I wasn't even sure if they new I was there.

Excellent treatment throughout. Initial tests conducted by a very nice woman who explained clearly and concisely how each test would be conducted. (Only negative; she did not introduce herself, so I cannot compliment her by name). Dr. Kress also clearly explained each step in the process, and worked diligently and patiently to be sure the new prescription was correct.

I registered for an appointment in line and no one got back to me. I called to ask about it and the woman was rude and said I must have done it wrong as there is someone whose job it is to check it daily. Really???? Also I found the woman who took my insurance card to be rude as well ( probably the same woman mentioned above) I am not used to office staff rolling their eyes at me

I have been going to Dr. Offen for over 15 years. I moved out of Union County but I still return to see her. Dr. Offen is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. She is a great eye doctor!
