High tech which I noticed immediately throughout the process. Speed with proficiency. And all the staff were polite and adapt in what they were doing from the beginning to the end. And the staff answered and asked questions that I would ask to know if they were knowledgeable of my eyes conditions, and needed to have my eyes properly service.

The optometrist was pleasant, but it was very difficult to locate. Ogata is not on the mall directory. Called while in mall to get help locating, but no answer or return of voicemail. Was not told in advance that it is located inside LensCrafters. Never received an email they said they sent with that info. Also charged a copay when told they would let me know before the appointment if there were any charges, but didn’t. And finally, the Lloyd Center area is very sketchy and a man threatened me when I returned to my car.

I really enjoy Ogata EyeCare. They are efficient and really nice. Dr. Ogata Sr. is very professional and nice and I feel I get great service and get the care I need.

Sales people helped me tremendously when I couldn't afford the glasses. And when I asked everyone that wasn't on the sales floor to help me decide on what glasses looked better on me , they all agreed. This storehas is dated machines for you eyes. I give them big thumbs up
